Eyepiece holders

Eyepiece holders connect accessories with 31.8mm or 50.8mm barrel diameter to focusers, rotators, and other optical devices. In most traditional holders, the inserted accessories are fixed with one or more set screws and, under load, this can cause micro-flexures and tilt the sensor relative to the optical axis. Our OnAxisLock2 is the new generation locking system that, compared to the classic set-screw system, offers the following advantages:

- more clamping force, avoiding any flexure (making it perfect for astrophotography)
- it does not damage the connected accessory
- it perfectly centers the optical axis of the telescope

All this thanks to a new compression ring design: just rotate the outer ring (designed for an easy grip, even with gloves) to obtain a perfect lock!
