WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Products purchased on www.primalucelab.us website are delivered in accordance with the features shown on-line in their respective pages. PrimaLuceLab N. America is liable to the customer for any lack of conformity found at the time of delivery. Product warranty has a duration of 1 year from the date of delivery of goods purchased and delivered within the United States. PrimaLuceLab N. America will repair any factory defects under the 1 year warranty. Accidental damage (dropping, collisions, water, etc) are not covered under warranty. Non warranty repairs are subject to labor of $60/hr.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND ACCEPTANCE OF SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sales contracts for products offered for sale on the website www.primalucelab.com shall be deemed concluded at the time of receipt of the purchase order placed by the customer to PrimaLuceLab N. America and the latter’s acceptance of it. PrimaLuceLab N. America shall promptly send a receipt for the purchase order placed by the customer. The customer, by electronic transmission of the purchase order, declares to have read and accepted these general terms and conditions and agrees to observe and respect them in his/her/their dealings with PrimaLuceLab N. America.
PAYMENT
Retail Customers:
We only accept payment via:

* Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover)
* Apple Pay
We do not accept bank wire transfers, checks or money orders from retail customers. You can choose your preferred payment method when you check out online. Your credit card will be charged only when your order is packed and ready to ship, not when you place your order.
Government / Educational / Resale:
In addition to the forms of acceptable payments listed above, we can accept purchase orders or payment via checks or bank wire transfers by prior arrangement. Please reach out via email or call.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
The purchased goods, together with the invoice, are delivered by courier to the address specified by the customer when ordering online. Any specific requirements should be noted when placing the order. In the case of non-delivery due to the absence of the customer, at the address indicated by her/him in the order, the courier will leave a notice and try again a second time. If the recipient is still absent, the goods will be returned to the sender (PrimaLuceLab N. America) and all costs resulting from non-delivery will be charged to the customer.
CANCELLATION
If you have already submitted your order, please email or call us immediately to make any changes. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
